In an attempt to lift his spirits, Andrew's friend invites him over to play a game, which leads to violence, chaos, and deep self-reflection.

After self proclaimed loser Andrew is dumped by his girlfriend he accepts an invitation to play a game called "Mega Ball" with his friend Mark and oddball pals. As soon as they begin the game, chaos ensues and Andrew attempts to interfere causing an eruption of rage towards Mark and company. Mark explains the true meaning of the game to Andrew: it’s not about hurting others, it’s about healing yourself.
