The Calgary Underground Film Festival offers an Industry Pass for those in the film industry who want to participate in the 23rd Calgary Underground Film Festival (April 16-26, 2026).

Open to entertainment industry professionals at every level, accreditation provides you with special perks not available with a general festival pass.

All Industry Pass applications will be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Deadline to Apply: Thursday, April 2, 2026
Cost: $99 + service fees & taxes

An industry pass gets you:

• Access to all film screenings, panels, and events (subject to capacity)
• Access to register for the Industry Roundtable Meetup (Sunday, April 19)
• Invites to additional networking event(s)

Tickets to attend a post-festival passholder private screening

In 2026, Calgary landed in the #4 spot on MovieMaker's "The Best Places to Live and Work as a Moviemaker in 2026" list. Attending CUFF gives industry attendees a chance to meet 150+ visiting filmmakers and guests, local cast, crew, and reps working in film, and opportunities to explore Calgary, Alberta, as a shooting location.

FESTIVAL PASSES

If you are not part of the Industry, you can still purchase a CUFF 2026 Festival Pass starting on Wednesday, March 4 (Cost: $109 Flash Sale / $129 Early Bird / $149 Regular).

APPROVAL PROCESS & PASS CHANGES
Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with a private payment link. If not approved, due to a limited number of industry passes available, you can still purchase the regular festival pass and get access to all the same films and panels taking place at CUFF!

If you have already purchased a regular festival pass, while waiting for Industry Accreditation approval, we can transfer your pass to an Industry Pass once approved. The major difference between a Regular Festival Pass and an Industry Pass is access to the roundtable meetup and communications about networking events throughout the festival. We do not adjust pass pricing after you have purchased.
